Isla Mujeres is 7 km (4.3 miles) long and at around 650 m (.5 mile) wide. It's roughly the size of Central Park in New York. The best way to explore it is with a bike or scooter rental. While visiting, make sure to checkout the stunning Norte Beach and the ruins at Punta Sur.

  • Helmets and locks are included with the rental. Please wear your helmet while riding as your safety is important to us.

  • As long as the rental is still available than yes, we would be happy to extend the time for you. However, the only way to guarantee a longer period is to reserve it ahead of time.

  • Yes, a valid driver license from most countries, including US, CAN, EU, and UK can be used to rent and operate a vehicle in Mexico.

  • It depends on the weight and size of the two people. However, it is possible to ride with two people on one moped. But do be careful and slow down when going over speed bumps.

  • All renters must be a minimum of 18 years old.

  • You will be responsible for any damage to the moped during your rental period and you will be charged for any necessary repairs.

  • Nope! Just a regular driver's license will suffice. We do require that you have prior experience riding a motor scooter, motorcycle, or moped. Isla Mujeres is not a good place to learn to ride.
